04/05 UPDATE: Achilles placed 4th in his class with an EXCELLENT rating at the 2005 DDBS National Specialty!! Hugo has done an outstanding job with him and we are so very proud. Please see our Nationals page for more pictures of them at the show.

04/05 UPDATE: Doogie has received an OFA Prelim Hip rating of GOOD, and Elbows normal at 8 months of age!!! He also has passed his CERF exam.

SIRE: Australian CH Laruscades Hugo

We searched long and hard and have once again found an outstanding representative of the breed to use for stud on one of our girls.  We have admired Hugo for years online, and after our success with Bella's breeding to Orloff, we decided to attempt another international frozen semen breeding. This one from down under! We owe our great thanks to Chris & Yvette Girling of Moloscyg Bordeaux in Australia for all of their hard work and trust in us to make this breeding happen.  

Hugo is a large male standing 27 inches at the shoulder and weighing in at 165 lbs. He has a respectable hip score of 15 and is cardiac certified.  Hugo comes from an outstanding litter bred by Alan Bates. His siblings are Ch. Laruscades Tazz & Ch. Laruscades Bibi (mother to World Youth CH Toezzz!).  We are so excited to see the puppies from Haley X Hugo.  This will be an excellent combination that will excel in health, type and promises to add size to our breeding program.
