Mufi will be greatly missed. She was just 2 months shy of her 10th birthday when she passed. We are grateful to have a house full of Mufi's children & grandchildren. She will live in our hearts forever. Pooh Bear (as she was known around here) is pictured below in our favorite picture of her doing what she loved best - being by momma's side.

In 1997 we imported Mufi from Tanakajd Szepe Kennel in Hungary. We are so pleased with her. She has been shown multiple times (including at two World Dog Shows) under national and international judges, and has been rated EXCELLENT every time. Mufi has superb movement and is one of the few bordeaux to have received the OFA hip rating of GOOD. She has produced two beautiful litters to date, and we are anxious to see her pups being shown all over the world. After only a few FCI shows the following is a listing of her recorded wins:
3 X CACIB, 1 X ResCACIB, 3 X CAC, 1 X CACA, 1 X BOB, 1 X BOS
At the 1997 World Dog Show in Puerto Rico, Mufi was 1st Place Open Female with an Excellent Rating earning her the Reserve World Winner, Reserve CACIB & CAC title. For the 1999 World Show in Mexico, she placed 3rd in the Champion class also receiving an Excellent rating.

MUFI's sound temperament is demonstrated by her CGC award and her ATTS certification. At the age of 6 1/2 Mufi received an EXCELLENT rating and the Best Veteran Female award at the DDBS 2001 National Specialty under SADB approved judge Sylvaine Tompousky. Mufi is now spayed and enjoying her well deserved retirement !
